Yes, we took Ally to Vala's. I thought about trying out another pumpkin patch this year but didn't want to drive to far and I was worried there wouldn't be enough stuff to do at the closer ones. Sooo, I made the trek to Vala's with Papa and Aunt Gina. Grandma was going to go also but got caught up at work and wasn't able to make it. We missed you Grandma!!!
So, I guess I never really made it to the back of the pumpkin patch. I have been missing out. There are bikes to ride for either a single person or they have some that seat four. Two kids in the front and adults in the back. Papa and I took Ally on one and I nearly peed my pants because I was laughing so hard. Ally kept pointing forward as if to say "faster, faster". Papa was in control...of all of us....so needless to say he had a hefty load. (Maybe because we were laughing so hard is why we were going so slow) :)
There were also these bounce pillows and if you know my daughter you know she loves to jump and bounce. I was able to go on it with her and we had so much FUN! We had a hard time getting up on it but once we did we bounced and bounced. She was all over the place. How could I have missed these before? There were also duck races and we had fun with that too!
Ok, so I can't tell you about everything we did because this blog would be way to long and I would lose ya. I am just so glad that we decided to go and wanted everyone to know how much fun Vala's still is, even though it's way overpriced.
Oh, and they have Sleeping Beauty and that was Ally's favorite.

You gave in to the over-priced pumpkin patch?? It is fun there -- glad you had a good time. My client said she went Sunday and waited in line to park 30 minutes and then her husband was supposed to meet them about 1 1/2 hours later but it took him 1 1/2 hours to park!!! Can you believe that?? He said the line was all the way onto I-80!!!!! Oh my goodness! That's why you don't go on the weekends!
